Immigration Patterns of the United States During the late 19th century and archaeozoic ordinal century, America had changed focus from agriculture to industry, and people locomote from outlandish to urban areas. People were searching for jobs, and many colonised for careers in mining, factory counterfeit, and other industrial professions. The cities soon became rattling overcrowded, which brought more or less a major riddle with pollution. The e jobateing conditions were even worse than the cities, but people could not do anything round it for aid of losing their job. The labor unions did not dish out because they were unorganized, and incoherent. Women also started taking jobs in the mills and factories, only to be paid half the employ a man would receive. At that time, all miners, including women and children, worked decade hour work days, six days a week. Also, miners were necessitate to buy their throw tools, candles, and dynamite which added more strain to their junior-grade budgets.
